A Splash of Colour Art Exhibition
Whitley Bay Library 27th March - 20th April
As part of the Splash of Colour Exhibition, some of our Year 7 students have their work exhibited at Whitley Bay Library over the Easter Break.
It's work inspired by abstract landscape artists such as Barbara Rae RA. Please do go along and see this lovely work for yourselves.

British Science Week
Y8 go to Newcastle University
Just an incredible day out at Newcastle University today, where pupils had the chance to extract some DNA, see a house made out of mushrooms and explore the Great North Museum all in one day!
Wearing lab coats, designing creatures, playing jenga with beaker tongs, this trip had it all, and we put out our massive thanks to Dr Krasnogor and his team for facilitating an incredible experience!

British Science Week
Mini-Medics come to town!
Year 5 got a visit from our friends at Mini-Medics this week, learning about how to spot dangers and keep oursleves safe.
Our expert trainers gave us a crash course in CPR too, pupils learning life saving skills while being aware of the risks around us!
Great to have these guys back again, Thanks to Mr Day for organising!
